About the Role
Key Responsibilities
• Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels.
• Provide accurate information on services, pricing, schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate customer bookings, service orders, and job confirmations.
• Liaise with operations, dispatch, and drivers to track shipments and resolve issues.
• Handle customer complaints and service issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records, service logs, and job documentation.
• Follow up with customers to confirm service satisfaction and address feedback.
• Support billing and invoicing processes by verifying job details and customer information.
• Promote company services and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Adhere to company policies, service standards, and customer care procedures.
